1) Find a service people already buy
2) Do it in half the time, make it twice as easy for the customer, or remove all risk
3) Ask everyone you know if they know anybody who wants it
4) Charge more than everyone else

If your business isn't making $100,000 a month.
Follow these 2 steps.
1) Grab a kitchen timer & turn it to 4 hours.
2) Advertise until the timer is up.

You can do warm outbound, cold outbound, content, or paid ads. Don’t do all of them. Just pick 1 until you get to $100k a month. I would start with outbound or content because they’re the cheapest to get started (aka free).

When the 4-hour timer is up, and the day is done - do it again tomorrow.

Most people underestimate the things they have to say no to when building.

I don’t have set days off. I just wait until I sleep poorly, then I take that day off because I’m not gonna do much anyways.

I never wanna waste a great night sleep on a rest day. I’m already rested! So I crush work.

If you're on your last dollar and struggling to get customers, you need to raise prices, not lower them. If customers are scarce, you have to make them count. Do WAYYYY more for them. And charge WAYYY MORE to do it.
